Define Discount Codes

OBJECTIVE

The Define Discount Codes function is used to enter discount codes used in the Purchase Order Management, Stock Order from Catalogue and Customer Order options.

The discount codes can be defined as default values in Supplier Management and Customer Management.

Create a discount code

1. Enter the required information:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field	Description
Discount Code	Indicator identifying the discount code. NOTE: You can have up to 26 different codes, identified by the letters A through Z.
Description	Description of the discount code.
Rate	Discount rate.

2. Click Save.
